Strategic Content Expert

We are seeking a seasoned content strategist who can drive impactful storytelling and elevate our brand narrative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling content across multiple formats, including articles, whitepapers, case studies, social media posts, and web pages.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into captivating narratives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and research to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Apply SEO best practices to boost visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Maintain brand voice and tone consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Owning the content process end-to-end — from ideation and writing to final approvals.
  • Manage the editorial calendar and ensure timely delivery.
  • Partner with designers to bring content to life visually (infographics, eBooks, etc.).
  • Review and refine content from others, offering constructive feedback.
  • Analyze data to measure impact and fine-tune content strategy.
  • Guide and mentor junior writers, elevating team output and quality.

Requirements:

  • 4–12 years of content experience in the IT sector.
  • A Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (Master's a plus).
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with experience in writing for diverse formats and audiences.
  • Strong SEO knowledge and content performance analysis skills.
  • Proficiency with CMS tools (e.g., WordPress) and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and collaborate in a fast-paced, agile environment.
