Case Analysis Intern

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to fill a Case Analysis Intern position. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues or customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Contribute innovative ideas for process improvement and optimization.
  • Perform outbound calls to gather necessary information and follow up on verification requests.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree/graduate in any field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
  • Attention to detail with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and inconsistencies in data.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Familiarity with call-making and telephone etiquette is preferred.
