Job Title: Civil Site Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Civil Site Lead to oversee day-to-day operations at our construction sites. As a key member of our project team, you will ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

This role involves:

  • Supervising on-site activities to guarantee compliance with design specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Collaborating with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to maintain smooth workflows.
  • Oversight of materials, equipment, and resources to achieve timely project completion.
  • Conducting site inspections to assess potential risks and implement necessary safety measures.
  • Documenting daily project activities, progress, and changes in project scope.
  • Resolving technical issues and providing support for construction teams.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Site Engineer, preferably in civil or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and quality control standards.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly.
