We are seeking a skilled Transaction Lawyer to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for managing transaction processes and ensuring compliance with applicable corporate, securities, and foreign exchange laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and finalise contract documents such as term sheets, shareholder agreements, and convertible instruments.
  • Liaise with founders, investors, and legal teams to efficiently close deals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Corporate Law, M&A, Private Equity, or Venture Capital.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate, securities, and FEMA regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and engage with multiple stakeholders.
