Senior Legal Associate Role

We are seeking a highly skilled legal professional to join our team as a Senior Legal Associate.

  • Demonstrate expertise in administering disputes on the dispute resolution platform, ensuring precision and accuracy.
  • Provide administrative and technical support to parties involved in the dispute resolution process, guaranteeing seamless communication and assistance.
  • Manage dispute communications, assist with case management, and apply strong analytical skills to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Support neutrals by offering task-related assistance and coordinating efforts to achieve timely resolutions.
  • Handle the neutral empanelment process, leveraging attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure success.
  • Manage judicial requisitions and correspondence, maintaining effective relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Identify and define process improvement opportunities, driving innovation and efficiency within the organization.
  • Collaborate with other teams to solve challenges, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication.
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in arbitration or contract drafting, with a strong understanding of legal principles and practices.
  • An LLB graduate with a proven track record of academic achievement and professional development.
  • Excellent drafting, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Advanced proficiency in word processing software, such as MS Word, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • A willingness to learn and take initiative, with a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
