Job Title: Critical Incident Resolution Specialist
A critical incident can have a significant impact on the organization, affecting numerous end users. As a Critical Incident Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and facilitating immediate response to such incidents.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a working knowledge of infrastructure components. You will need to actively engage other IT groups and/or business partners to drive and solve for service restoration as soon as possible, minimizing business impact.
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in incident management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a working knowledge of infrastructure components. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis and facilitation of immediate response to critical incidents
- Advising and consulting on moderately complex to complex incidents
- Engagement with other IT groups and/or business partners to drive service restoration
- Documentation of incident details for Problem Management
- Communication of incident status to various levels of the organization
- Direction and coaching of technical support employees involved in the incident
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and leading matrixed groups
Requirements:
