Financial Audit Leadership Role

As a seasoned financial audit professional, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Audit Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality audits.

  • Analyze financial statements to identify discrepancies and enhance accuracy of financial reporting\
  • Conduct detailed financial audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and colleagues\
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry developments\
  • Participate in continuous learning and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge\\
  • Support the planning and execution of audits, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results\
  • Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness\
  • Collaborate with other departments to align audit processes with business objectives\
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of audit activities, findings, and recommendations\
  • Prepare and present audit reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations\
  • Communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences\
  • Support the development of audit policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices\
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of new audit staff members\
  • Contribute to the identification and resolution of audit-related issues and concerns\\
  • Engage with senior management to discuss audit results and provide insights on future audit plans\
  • Ensure that all audit work is performed in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards\
