Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Communications Specialist to create compelling visual assets that captivate audiences and elevate brand identities.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Visual Communications Specialist. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for translating creative briefs into powerful visuals, including logos, brand identities, social media creatives, websites, packaging, print collateral, and advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualization & Design: Develop innovative designs that meet client objectives and align with brand positioning.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design excellence and seamless execution.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across multiple platforms for diverse clients.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Bring fresh perspectives and bold ideas while ensuring designs are practical and executable.
  • Adaptation & Production: Create production-ready files for both digital and print outputs (brochures, presentations, signage, packaging, etc.).
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience (agency experience preferred).
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign, and multi-channel design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or similar tools is a plus.
  • An understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • The ability to balance creativity with strategy and client goals.
  • Strong time management skills; ability to work on multiple projects under deadlines.
