Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for designing visual elements that communicate our brand's message and values.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design digital and print materials, including websites, social media graphics, brochures, and promotional items.
  • Create engaging graphics, videos, and content for social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and strategies.
  • Analyze feedback and revise designs accordingly while meeting project deadlines.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous design work and achievements.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Motion graphics and video editing using After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Web design and user experience/user interface (UX/UI) knowledge.
