Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled designer to fill the role of Visual Communications Specialist. As a creative professional, you will be responsible for crafting visually appealing designs and seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and/or UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing their work. They should be proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or InVision, and have knowledge of responsive design, typography, color theory, and layout principles.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to explain design rationale to stakeholders. They must also be willing to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.

This role requires a balance of creativity, user-centered thinking, and technical design expertise. The Visual Communications Specialist will work closely with product, marketing, and strategy teams to align design with business goals and deliver high-quality designs and interfaces within project timelines.

Responsibilities:
  • Design & Creative Execution: Create engaging graphic designs, social media creatives, ad banners, and marketing collateral. Design websites, dashboards, and mobile app interfaces that are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
  • User Experience & Interface: Conduct UX research, competitor analysis, and user journey mapping to inform design decisions. Apply best practices in UI/UX design to ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability.
  • Branding & Consistency: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all creative outputs. Ensure design consistency across marketing campaigns, websites, and applications.
