Chief Organic Synthesis Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Research Chemist to join our team in the Chemistry Division. As a key member of our research team, you will play a vital role in designing, synthesizing, and purifying novel fluorescent dyes and advanced organic compounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute multi-step synthetic routes for fluorescent dyes and related compounds.
- Optimize existing synthetic protocols for yield, scalability, and efficiency.
- Apply advanced purification techniques (column chromatography, HPLC, recrystallization, preparative TLC).
- Characterize compounds using NMR, LC-MS, UV-Vis, and fluorescence spectroscopy.
- Analyze spectral data to confirm structure, identity, and purity.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of chemistry principles, along with hands-on experience in organic synthesis.
- Proficiency in flash chromatography, HPLC, and advanced purification techniques.
- Analytical expertise in NMR (¹H, ¹³C), MS, and IR spectroscopy.
