Production Fabrication Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing daily fabrication activities as per production schedule. This role requires effective time management, prioritization of tasks, and strong communication skills to lead a team and ensure smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage daily fabrication activities in alignment with the production schedule.
  • Implement quality control measures to guarantee adherence to welding, fit-up, and dimensional standards.
  • Oversight of manpower allocation, welding consumables, and fabrication tools to optimize resource utilization.
  • Enhance productivity (output per man-day), minimize rework, and reduce delays through efficient process optimization.
  • Ensure timely clearance of WPS, NDT, and material traceability protocols.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of fabricated valves, ASME standards, and welding symbols.
  • Strong leadership abilities and hands-on supervision expertise.
