Clinical Data Specialist

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to work as a Healthcare Database Analyst. The ideal candidate should have at least 7+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, with expertise in clinical software and medical terminology.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Creating test directories for RBU's/EBU's
- Triage and prep demand requests for team members
- Monitoring and providing status updates to managers for all inflight and pending projects
- Performing mapping of customer to codes
- Producing ongoing compendium maintenance files for strategic customers or vendors
The candidate should possess exceptional Microsoft Excel skills, exceptional Microsoft Access/SQL database skills, and the ability to communicate within a peer group. They should also be able to multi-task and adhere to stringent customer deadlines.
Additional responsibilities include providing project status updates as required by leadership and quickly learning systems for compendium mapping/build file purposes.
The training for this role will be comprehensive, with a combined effort between minimal documentation and extensive mentoring. The candidate will need access to QLS and EBU's (Modified access to limit to non-PHI functions), Qted, eForm, Clarity.
