Clinical Growth Officer Role

This role plays a vital part in driving revenue growth by building strong relationships with dental professionals and promoting relevant products and services. It is an inside sales position focused on consultative sales that requires enthusiastic BDS graduates or professionals with 1–2 years of experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with dentists across India via phone, WhatsApp, and email to understand their clinical requirements.
  • Promote revenue growth by selling relevant dental products and services.
  • Educate and guide dental professionals on the latest technologies, materials, and best practices.
  • Maintain customer records, interactions, and sales progress in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
  • Provide insights to improve product offerings and support campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • BDS graduates (freshers or with up to 2 years of experience in clinical practice or dental sales).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for dentistry, digital platforms, and customer success.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
