Senior Test Lead/Manager Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Lead/Manager to oversee the entire testing lifecycle, develop test strategies, coordinate with various teams, manage test plans and ensure the quality of Azure Data solutions. The successful candidate will lead a team of testers, perform risk assessments, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire testing lifecycle, including developing test strategies and coordinating with various teams.
  • Manage test plans and ensure the quality of Azure Data solutions.
  • Lead a team of testers, perform risk assessments, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective testing methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Azure Data Engineering, Data Integration, and Data Warehousing.
  • Strong knowledge of Manual Testing methodologies.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing test plans and write test cases.
  • Experience with Agile and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and remotely.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in manual testing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Utility sector is a plus.
