We are seeking a talented Marketing Analyst & Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing the entire marketing cycle — from generating leads, running campaigns, and analyzing performance, to supporting sales with actionable insights.

  • The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and execution-driven skills, capable of turning market data into strategies while actively implementing campaigns that deliver measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    • IDentify potential leads through digital campaigns, social media, email, events, and partnerships.
    • Research and qualify leads using CRM, industry databases, and other relevant tools.
    • Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.
    • Execute targeted campaigns (cold email, ads, events, content) to attract new customers.

Marketing Execution:

  • Plan and implement campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, paid ads, and offline channels.
  • Create engaging marketing content (posts, blogs, case studies, brochures, presentations).
  • Manage brand visibility across online and offline platforms.
  • Coordinate with design and product teams to create customer-centric messaging.

Marketing Analytics & Insights:

  • Track lead sources, campaign ROI, customer acquisition cost, and conversion rates.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance, lead funnel, and market trends.
  • Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to refine strategies.
  • Provide actionable insights for optimizing campaigns and improving sales outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Less than 2 years or 2 years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools).
  • Analytical mindset with skills in Excel, Google Analytics, or BI tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and content writing skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience in B2B / SaaS / ERP industry marketing.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation & drip campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Power BI/Tableau for data visualization.
