Accounting Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented accounting specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, bookkeeping, and accounting principles.

About the Job:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements.
  • Prepare and process basic financial documents such as invoices and payments.
  • Assist in preparing financial summaries and reports.
  • Monitor and track expenses, budgets, and cash flow.
  • Support senior accountants in preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

  • Financial record-keeping and reconciliation.

  • Tracking expenses and cash flow.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite.
  • Basic Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions effectively.
