Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML professional to design and implement scalable architectures, develop data ingestion pipelines using cloud services, and optimize AI-driven workflows.

The ideal candidate will combine hands-on AI/ML engineering skills with the ability to implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and orchestrate AI solutions.

  • Design and implement AI-powered solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs), RAG pipelines, and AI search frameworks.
  • Build and manage data ingestion pipelines using Azure Blob Storage and related services.
  • Develop Agentic AI systems with triggered mechanisms and orchestration for automation.
  • Apply best practices for hallucination mitigation and model performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Proven expertise in Generative AI architectures (RAG, AI search, Agentic AI).
  • Hands-on experience with Azure AI ecosystem (Blob Storage, Cognitive Search, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI).
  • Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.).
  • Ability to design solutions addressing real-world AI challenges like hallucination mitigation.
  • Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and Python programming fundamentals (dict operations, multithreading, GIL).
  • 4+ Years of experience.
