Our organization seeks a highly skilled Enterprise Risk Management/ Business Continuity professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • ERM/BC Program Support: Provide tactical duties in support of the ERM and BCM programs, including risk refreshes, analytics, and reporting on key firm risks.
  • Risk Analysis and Reporting: Compile reports related to risk analysis, including spreadsheet management and creating PowerPoint presentations.
  • Risk Response Validation: Perform investigative analyses of risk responses, gather evidence to validate responses, and form conclusions on the reasonableness of risk assessments.
  • Administration of ERM Risk Track Tool: Ensure ongoing alignment with the organizational structure, manage access, and compile risk reports using the ERM Risk Track tool.
Business Continuity Management:
  • BIA and BCP Maintenance: Maintain Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) documents.
  • Compliance and Testing: Ensure compliance with required cadence of reviews and updates for BCP documents and assist in planning and executing business continuity tests and exercises.
  • Crisis Management: Provide administrative support for ongoing updates to the Crisis Management Plan and assist the Crisis Management Team during a crisis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in mathematics, engineering, or another quantitative discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and other analytics functions.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively interact with all levels of a professional services organization, strong relationship-building skills, and ability to drive outcomes through interactions with professionals.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to think critically and exercise good judgment to arrive at data-driven recommendations and conclusions.
