Senior Python Developer Position

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Python Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python and related frameworks, with the ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Backend Development: Develop, enhance, and maintain high-quality backend applications using Python.
  • API Design: Design and build robust RESTful APIs and microservices with FastAPI.
  • Database Management: Work with various databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and ClickHouse.
  • Big Data Pipelines: Build and optimize Big Data pipelines for high-performance applications.
  • Code Optimization: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Troubleshooting: Optimize performance and troubleshoot application issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and QA teams.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Professional Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Python development.
  • Framework Proficiency: Proficiency in FastAPI framework.
  • API Development: Strong experience with RESTful API development.
  • OOP Principles: Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles.
  • Databases: Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools.
  • Big Data Concepts: Familiarity with Big Data concepts, pipelines, and optimization techniques.
  • Version Control: Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
  • Containerization: Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
  • Unit Testing: Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like Pytest or unittest.
  • Cloud Platforms: Basic understanding of cloud platforms is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Good problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
