We are seeking an experienced trainer to design, develop and deliver training programs on calibration techniques for laboratory and process instruments.

As a Calibration Trainer, you will create practical sessions on documentation practices, compliance standards and instrument qualification across multiple industries.

  • Deliver in-depth training on calibration of temperature, pressure, flow and balance instruments.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for instrument reliability and performance.
  • Train participants on the proper use and handling of reference standards.
  • Ensure understanding and application of cGMP, ISO 17025 and regulatory documentation requirements.
  • Design modules on corrective action planning and deviation handling in calibration processes.
  • Conduct hands-on workshops and assessments for real-world application.
  • Create customized training programs to meet industry-specific requirements in medical devices, pharma, biotech and automotive sectors.

Key Skills & Expertise:

  • Calibration of HPLC/GC instruments.
  • Preventive maintenance planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in reference standards and traceability.
  • cGMP, ISO 17025 and related compliance documentation.
  • Corrective and preventive action planning for calibration-related deviations.
  • Industry experience in medical devices, pharma, biotech and automotive calibration practices.
