Instrumentation Maintenance Specialist

The Instrumentation Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of instrumentation systems in our factories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Familiarity with instrumentation and experience in DCS 800 X manufacturing ecosystem is essential.\
• Experience in repair and calibration of process field equipment such as mass flow meters, temperature, pressure, level transmitters, load cell systems, networking and communication, and DCS panels.\
• Guiding a maintenance team in solving breakdowns and implementing effective preventive maintenance plans to achieve higher uptime and equipment reliability.\
• Implementing Corrective Action Preventative Actions (CAPA).\
• Developing and maintaining instrumentation documentation and procedures.\
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of instrumentation systems.\
• Providing training and support to maintenance personnel on instrumentation systems.\
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements to existing processes.\
