Gold Appraisal Operations Role

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate appraisal of gold, adhering to company policies and supporting branch-level credit and loan operations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking gold loans, maintaining both operational efficiency and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct accurate gold appraisals using standard methods and tools, evaluating and verifying customer credentials and KYC documents.
  • Maintain updated records of gold stock, loan status, and customer profiles, coordinating with credit and risk teams for loan disbursement approvals.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, RBI norms, and gold loan guidelines, handling customer queries with transparency and trust.

You will also be responsible for monitoring pledged gold for safety and compliance, applying strong knowledge of gold appraisal techniques and tools.

Required Skills:
  • Understanding of NBFC gold loan policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and high accuracy in assessment.
