Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related fields; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a strategic planning, Chief of Staff, or leadership role in the real estate industry or similar fast-paced sectors.
  • Solid understanding of the real estate industry, including market trends, regulations, and key performance metrics.
  • Expertise in corporate strategy, operational planning, and project management within a real estate context.
  • Strong analytical thinking, project management, communication, leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
