ServiceNow Technical Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Lead to drive the implementation and support of our ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) modules.

  • Lead ServiceNow Solution Design, Development, and Implementation
  • Hands-on Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD Modules
  • Strong Understanding of ServiceNow Architecture and APIs
  • Experience with Scripting (JavaScript, Glide), Integration (REST/SOAP), and ServiceNow Studio
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum Methodology and ITIL Framework

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM/ITOM/HRSD
  • Experience with Domain Separation, Multi-Tenant Environments, or Large-Scale ServiceNow Implementations
  • Exposure to HR Integrations with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Similar Platforms

A successful ServiceNow Technical Lead should possess excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and APIs, as well as experience with scripting, integration, and ServiceNow Studio.

This role requires a team player who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that drive business efficiency across IT and HR functions.
