About the Job
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall lifecycle of ServiceNow instances, including planning, implementation, and maintenance. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and excellent collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs, and domain separation.
- Hands-on experience with creating catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, SLAs, scoped apps, data import/export, and UI policies.
- Skilled in integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems, such as identity platforms and facilities systems.
- Metrics & Reporting:
- Proficient in setting up and tracking metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.
- Upgrades & Maintenance:
- Demonstrated leadership in instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Strong collaboration skills with HR, IT, and Facilities to define and streamline workflows.
- Compliance & Governance:
- Experienced in audit preparation, compliance documentation, and training L1/L2 teams.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration and leadership.
- Strong technical expertise in Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs, and domain separation.
- Experience with integrations, metrics reporting, upgrades, maintenance, stakeholder engagement, and compliance governance.
