UI Design Leader

As a highly skilled UI Design Leader, you will play a key role in driving the design vision and strategy for our digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UI designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
  • Develop and implement design strategies that align with business objectives and enhance the user experience.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and user flows into polished visual designs.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs.
  • Partner with product managers to understand user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong eye for detail, a deep understanding of user-centred design principles, building a scalable design system, adept with working with an Agile methodology and the ability to translate complex requirements into elegant and user-friendly designs.

Responsibilities include leading the development of high-fidelity UI designs, prototypes, and visual assets for different applications. You will maintain and evolve design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
