Job Summary

This role involves performing Management Information, PMO, and Admin tasks for Business Continuity Management. The successful candidate will work closely with business teams in India and the US, requiring support during both regions' working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data administration of Business Continuity plans in specialized software systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to update headcount information in emergency notification systems.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather employee data for global concentration monitoring purposes.
  • Support Enterprise Business Resilience Programs by contributing to data governance and report generation.
  • Contribute to Business Resilience Offices by developing and maintaining Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Plans.
  • Collaborate with multiple business functions on large-scale strategic initiatives.
  • Provide support to Plan Owners and Business Continuity Managers during critical events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain effectiveness under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly related to facilitation, documentation, and reporting.
  • Availability for 'on-call' duties in support of incidents or events outside regular working hours.
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Riskonnect, Everbridge is advantageous.

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in managing Business Continuity Planning or Program Management Office or working for internal reporting teams.
  • BCP certification is desirable.
