Data Scientist

Your Role
  • You will develop machine learning models and data-driven features, encompassing recommendation systems, natural language processing, generative AI, and predictive analytics.
  • Collections, cleaning, and analyzing structured and unstructured data to uncover insights that support product decisions is also crucial.
  • From rapid testing in notebooks to productionizing models using MLOps practices, your expertise will drive seamless implementation.
  • Design experiments, define success metrics, and continually improve model performance to achieve real-world impact.
  • You will partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure data and AI capabilities directly support tangible use cases.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-6 years of experience as a Data Scientist/ML Engineer, preferably in a startup or product-oriented environment.
  • Strong programming skills in Python; proficiency with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face is essential.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines and storage, including SQL, NoSQL, or vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS.
  • An understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and generative AI techniques is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring through Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills enable you to turn data into actionable insights and drive product decisions.
  • Experience working in early-stage startups or venture-building environments is highly valued.
