AI Expert Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI expert to join our team in transforming the insurance industry. Our mission is to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies to create innovative solutions that make a tangible impact.

Our team is comprised of talented individuals from diverse backgrounds, working together to design, develop, and improve AI/ML models and systems. As an AI expert, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver AI/ML solutions in production at scale.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing AI/ML models, workflows, and end-to-end pipelines for data preparation, training, deployment, monitoring, etc.
  • Collaborating with applied scientists, software engineers, and product partners to ensure the quality of architecture and design of our ML models and systems.
  • Delivering customer-facing and/or underlying AI/ML solutions that empower our platform to provide the best experience for our customers.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. A PhD in Computer Science or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning is a strong plus.
  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience in several areas, including machine vision (classical methods and deep learning) and information retrieval. Natural language processing is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in building scalable AI/ML models and systems, delivering end-to-end solutions in a production environment.
  • Experience programming in Python, C++, or related languages.
