About the Role- The successful candidate will act as a growth catalyst for the business, identifying new opportunities and driving profitability through innovative strategies.
- They will develop and manage a consultative sales process tailored to premium and HNI clients, focusing on exceptional customer service and experience.
- As a leader from the front, they will guide sales teams, ensure service excellence, and foster a culture of collaboration and trust.
- Key responsibilities include building and nurturing long-term relationships with HNI clients to secure repeat business and referrals.
- By analyzing market trends and customer behavior, they will adapt strategies to enhance engagement and deliver results-driven outcomes.
- They will work closely with internal teams to provide seamless customer experiences, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
- The ideal candidate will be accountable for monitoring and achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) across all service and product offerings.
- A minimum of 6 years' experience in business management, consultative sales, or client-facing leadership roles is essential.
- Proven track records in HNI client management and strategic sales growth will be highly valued.
- Demonstrated leadership and floor management capabilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies clearly.
