High Net Worth Banking Relationship Manager

A high net worth customer relationship manager is sought after to develop and expand commercial banking relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of trade and foreign exchange, as well as commercial assets like credit cards, overdrafts, and term loans.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in maintaining complete relationship records for assigned customer accounts, tracking customer complaints and queries, and ensuring timely resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new and expand existing High Net Worth Customer relationships for liabilities (CA driven) and commercial assets.
- Sources new bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channel.
- Cross-sells bank products to existing set of branch customers, which are mapped.
- Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.
Requirements:
Education:
Graduate with 6-8 years of experience or Post Graduate with 4-6 years of experience
Skills:
