Job Description
As an AI Engineer, you will be a key player in designing and developing AI-driven solutions with a focus on Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Python-based development. You'll work on end-to-end software delivery and support, ensuring products are functional, scalable, secure, and maintainable.

Your responsibilities include developing and integrating Generative AI models, writing clean and well-tested code using Python, working on prompt engineering to optimize interactions with large language models, collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, implementing and monitoring AI-based microservices, and ensuring security and compliance of AI models within the DevSecOps framework.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a software or AI engineer
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, NLP, GenAI tools, and frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI API, etc.
- Understanding of machine learning concepts, fine-tuning, vector embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Proficient in Java and/or Node.js for back-end development
- Experience with DevSecOps tools (e.g., Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Git)
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot issues under time pressure
- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal) for global collaboration
