The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the electronics that enable instant and synchronized instrument operation, including:

  • Designing the timing and synchronization backbone to ensure seamless integration of optics, detectors, motion, and software.">
  • Developing mixed-signal boards for beam control drivers, detector front-ends, data-acquisition, and robust control I/O.">
  • Ensuring clean, stable power and grounding/shielding for high-quality images and strong EMC behavior.">
  • Providing diagnostics, fixtures, and logs to facilitate issue diagnosis and field-debugging.">

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in shipping mixed-signal/FPGA systems, strong bench skills, and a collaborative mindset. They will work closely with the team to shape the architecture and culture of this innovative project.
