A seasoned professional with extensive experience in rewards and performance management is required to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping global performance strategies, compensation planning, and employee recognition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive policies and systems for rewards, compensation, and performance management
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to effectively communicate and consult on key projects
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously and make informed decisions with integrity
- Interpret complex data from various sources and draw meaningful conclusions using advanced analytical skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in rewards, compensation, and performance management within a global organization
