Job Title: SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing Expert. This position involves leveraging expertise in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite, specifically in Guided Sourcing.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of sourcing processes and have experience with end-to-end sourcing process design, implementation, and integration with ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing solutions across various projects.
  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of sourcing processes, including RFx, Auctions, and Supplier Management.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Ariba solutions.
  • Support comprehensive sourcing projects, encompassing requirement gathering, solution design, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Ensure seamless integration with ERP systems, such as SAP ECC or S/4 HANA.
  • Conduct workshops, prepare functional documents, and deliver user training.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Guided Sourcing and sourcing modules.
  • Maintain familiarity with new features in Ariba Guided Sourcing and share best practices with the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite, with at least 2 years dedicated to Guided Sourcing.
  • Deep understanding of Sourcing, Contract Management, and Supplier Lifecycle Performance modules.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration, templates, event creation (RFx, Auctions), and workflows in Guided Sourcing.
  • Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and integration points.
  • Experience working with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA integration.
  • Excellent communication, client interaction, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification in SAP Ariba (Sourcing/Procurement) is an asset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Ariba Contracts and Ariba Buying & Invoicing.
  • Experience with upstream and downstream Ariba modules.
  • Previous involvement in global implementation/rollout projects.
