About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will interact directly with potential customers and teams to gather requirements, estimate effort, cost, schedules, design size, and feasibility.

Responsibilities
  • You will plan RTL logic design and verification projects, including initial synthesis with constraints and UPF development.
  • Senior engineers direct project technical teams to execute these designs, mentor junior engineers, and interact with implementation teams for clean hand-offs and successful project outcomes.
  • You will work as an individual contributor and as a project leader depending on the project size and scope.
Qualifications
  • At least 15 years of experience in RTL logic design and verification.
Required Skills
  • Excellent customer interfacing and pre-sale skills.
  • Proposal writing, presentation, and tuning as per requirement.
  • RTL logic design, design verification, teamwork, customer focus, and communication expertise.
  • Senior technical contributors with demonstrated experience planning and leading RTL logic design development projects.
  • Hands-on knowledge of test bench creation, configuration, and UVM methodologies.
  • Verification environments development and complete verification on design blocks, sub-systems, and full SoCs.
  • Customer interfacing and collaborative teamwork skills.
  • Contributing to multiple project tapeouts.
  • Complex SOC designs hands-on experience.
  • Intimate knowledge of tools, flows, and methodologies required to execute design projects.
  • FPGA design and verification knowledge.
  • Different protocols hands-on experience.
  • Ability to create and drive proposals.
  • Occasional travel for short periods and occasional on-site work at customer premises.

  • Leading teams and projects experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
