We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our Automated Clearing House (ACH) project. As a Technical Program Manager, you will oversee the upgrade of our ACH platform, ensuring seamless payment processing and clearing operations.

This key role involves managing end-to-end project management for ACH clearing house initiatives, including application upgrades, enhancements, and system integrations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading ACH platform upgrade projects to ensure minimal disruption to payment processing and clearing operations.
  • Collaborating with banks, financial institutions, internal teams, and vendors to guarantee accurate and timely ACH processing in compliance with NACHA and other payment file format standards.
  • Managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables to achieve successful execution.
  • Fostering process improvements, risk mitigation strategies, and best practices in ACH operations and payment systems.

In this role, you will require strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to facilitate communication between various stakeholders.

A strong background in technical disciplines is essential, along with expertise in the Banking and ACH domains and exceptional communication skills.
