Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the high-quality delivery of optical metrology systems. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough testing across various stages, guaranteeing that the software meets the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the functionality and performance of metrology solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement quality assurance strategies aligned with product requirements.
  • Design and maintain test automation frameworks to enhance efficiency and coverage.
  • Identify and document software defects, working collaboratively with development teams to resolve them promptly.
  • Track quality metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts, to inform process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Strong passion for quality and ownership.
  • Critical problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven experience in software quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in SQA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with semiconductor front-end processes, Thin Film, and OCD metrology technologies.
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of numerical analysis, machine learning, and software development.
