Store Leadership Opportunity

About the Role

The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing store operations, managing performance, and ensuring a high level of customer service in our locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete Store Operations, Performance Management, teamwork in the store.
  • Maintain all relevant reports to keep track of progress.
  • Ensure Planning & Availability of stocks.
  • Adhere to SOP's.
  • Deliver the right mix of products and services.
  • Visual Merchandising.
  • Collect market intelligence & trends to enhance business.
  • Handle team reviews & briefings.
  • Ensure deliveries & adherence to store audits via the team.
  • Handle escalations on priority.
  • Create a healthy environment.
  • Lead by example with an eye to detail.
  • Possess excellent communication and customer handling skills.
  • Should have worked in Premium Brand / Upmarket Segment Store / High End Retail / Cluster Manager.
  • Should have handled a team of minimum 10 members for at least 2-3 years.
  • Computer savvy, especially handling reports and generating them in Excel.
  • Possess good leadership skills, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Conflict Resolution.
  • Conceptual knowledge.
  • Able to multitask.
  • Creative and has strategic thinking.

Key Qualifications

4+ years of experience.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flair for customer service.
  • Confident and presentable.
  • Flexible and adaptable in working hours.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Premium Brand / Upmarket Segment Store / High End Retail.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
