Technical Leadership Role

Job Description:

We seek an accomplished Technical Lead to drive the development, architecture and scaling of innovative fintech solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical expertise, leadership acumen and a passion for harnessing technology to create meaningful impact in financial inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end design, architecture and development of fintech products and platforms.
  • Drive technical decision-making and ensure scalable secure and high-performing solutions.
  • Mentor and guide a team of engineers fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
  • Work closely with product business and operations teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure code quality best practices and timely delivery of product features.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability for roadmap.
  • Oversee integrations with third-party platforms APIs and financial systems.
  • Establish and maintain DevOps CI/CD and cloud infrastructure practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in software development with at least 2-3 years in a lead/architect role.
  • Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g. Java Python Node.js).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Solid understanding of system architecture microservices and database design.
  • Experience with fintech payments lending platforms or BFSI domain is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor engineering teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills.
