Senior Associate Job Description

The ideal candidate will have the responsibility to ensure position integrity and guarantee accurate positions in booking systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure position accuracy and integrity across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement reconciliation processes and tools.
  • Conduct exhaustive daily reconciliations and analyze assigned reports for timely escalation of exceptions.
  • Maintain break analysis records, communicate breaks to related teams, and provide detailed analysis for prompt action.
  • Take initiative to enhance and develop new reconciliation processes, leveraging transversal involvement and efficient process execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Mathematics, or Finance.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in trade life cycles, reconciliations, and trade capture/settlements.
  • Programming skills (VBA, Alteryx, Python) a significant plus.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, adapt to new situations, and demonstrate self-discipline and autonomy.
