We are seeking an experienced creative professional to join our team as a Graphic Designer. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to design engaging visual storyboards and create high-quality designs that effectively communicate complex information.

Your key responsibilities

  • Design visual materials for presentations, videos, and other digital media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop multimedia elements, including simulations, games, and interactive content.
  • Develop graphics, wireframes, and illustrations while ensuring the highest quality levels.
  • Create a portfolio of your work to showcase your design capabilities and thought process.
  • Design infographics and data visualization to effectively communicate complex information.
  • Maintain graphic standards and guidelines for projects.
  • Ensure accessibility and UI/UX best practices in design.
  • Deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Have experience in developing a wide range of digital learning deliverables: Web-based learning, Videos, Interactive PDFs, Webcasts, Podcasts, and nano-learnings.
  • Have experience in rapid authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, GOMO.
  • Have experience in multimedia design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD, Synthesia, Vyond, Camtasia, VideoScribe, and Audition.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A bachelor's degree.
  • 2-6 years of experience in the creative field of learning, media, and communication.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your best design work.
  • Ability to clearly articulate design decisions, suggestions, feedback.
  • Ability to work methodically and manage timelines.
  • Fair knowledge of e-learning best practices, SCORM/AICC standards, a good understanding of learning design and development, and various rapid authoring tools.
  • Experience in working across web, print, and digital for creative communication such as eLearning development, UI/interaction design, explainer videos, multimedia animations.
  • Must be a quick learner with an ability to adapt to new tools.
