Job Title: Senior Quality Engineering Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced quality engineering leader to drive process changes and enhance product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards, procedures, and protocols.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address quality issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into the product development lifecycle.
  • Perform audits and assessments to verify compliance with quality standards.
  • Provide training and support to team members on quality best practices and tools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in quality tools and techniques. They must also be detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality engineering.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in quality tools and techniques, including statistical analysis and process control.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
