Job Description

As a Senior In-House Counsel, you will provide expert legal advice and support to drive business growth, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Manage complex legal matters, including litigation, arbitration, and commercial agreements.
  • Provide strategic guidance on employment law, intellectual property, data privacy, and ethics.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a culture of compliance and ethical conduct.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on commercial, employment, and intellectual property matters.
  • Manage litigation and arbitration cases, including preparation of pleadings and strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to identify and address legal issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • LL.B or equivalent degree in Law.
  • 6-8 years of post-qualification experience as an in-house lawyer or in a law firm.

Skills:

  • Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage complex tasks.
