Visualisation Expert Job

We are looking for an experienced Visualisation Expert who can create high-quality, photorealistic images and cinematic videos using 3D architectural visualisation techniques.

The successful candidate will be responsible for compositing multiple render passes into polished final outputs using advanced techniques, ensuring visual consistency, realism, and artistic excellence across stills and motion projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesFor Images (Stills):
  • Composite multiple render passes into photorealistic still images.
  • Enhance raw renders with post-production techniques such as color correction, retouching, and adding photographic effects.
  • Integrate 3D renders seamlessly into photographic backgrounds and HDR environments.
  • Work with industry-standard software like Photoshop, After Effects, Nuke, or similar tools for final image finishing.
  • Maintain a consistent visual style in line with project or client requirements.
For Videos (Animations):
  • Composite 3D animation passes into high-quality architectural films.
  • Add motion graphics, atmospheric effects, and other VFX elements.
  • Perform colour grading, camera tracking, and stabilisation as required.
  • Work with sound designers/editors to synchronise visuals with audio for impactful storytelling.
  • Optimise output for multiple formats.
Requirements
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating compositing skills in both still and motion projects.
  • Proficiency in compositing and post-production software.
  • A solid understanding of render passes and multi-pass workflows.
  • Knowledge of 3D pipelines and rendering engines.
  • A strong eye for detail, lighting, colour balance, and photorealism.
  • Experience in integrating VFX and motion graphics into architectural animations is highly desirable.
  • The ability to manage deadlines and collaborate with 3D artists, animators, and creative directors.
