Job Description:

The Identity Operations Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing identity and access management solutions to ensure secure and seamless access to company resources. This includes developing and maintaining IAM systems, integrating with HR systems and other applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This role requires a strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and role-based access control principles. The successful candidate will have experience with modern identity and access management products, such as SailPoint IIQ and ISC, MS Entra ID, and CyberArk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement identity and access management solutions
  • Develop and maintain IAM systems
  • Integrate IAM solutions with HR systems and other applications
  • Contribute to the development of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) systems and Segregation of Duties
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical and interpersonal skills. Key qualifications include:

  • Strong understanding of IAM solutions in complex landscapes involving 100+ applications
  • Experience with modern identity and access management products
  • Knowledge of database management and data structure principles

In addition, you should have good communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
