Job Title: Access Security Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain identity infrastructure, including authentication protocols and access controls.
  • Implement and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies across systems to ensure least privilege and zero trust principles.
  • Monitor and analyze identity-related activities, access patterns, and anomalies to identify potential security risks and misconfigurations.
  • Collaborate with security architects to design and improve identity architecture and protocols.
  • Support audits and compliance efforts by providing identity-related evidence and reports to ensure adherence to organizational standards.
  • Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes and access provisioning/deprovisioning to maintain a secure and efficient employee lifecycle management.
  • Identify and remediate identity security risks and misconfigurations to prevent unauthorized access and data breaches.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and standards to ensure consistency and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with identity platforms, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Understanding in identity reporting and analytics, including access logs and entitlement reviews.
  • Knowledge of identity architecture, protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID), and lifecycle management.
  • Ability to manage RBAC models and implement access controls to ensure least privilege and zero trust principles.
  • Understanding of identity security principles, including least privilege and zero trust.
