Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team as we continue to expand our services. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the internal IT team, coordinating projects, and ensuring smooth client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and ensure the timely delivery of transition activities required to migrate customers onto new products and/or services.
  • Manage work groups to deliver projects according to customer transition schedules across multiple sites and services.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Engage with customers during transitions to manage expectations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Track dependencies, risks, and issues at the project level while ensuring timely achievement of deliverables.
  • Utilize internal systems (e.g., ServiceNow) to monitor progress, create project portfolios, and meet reporting requirements.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and outcomes.
  • Identify service features, validate details, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with account teams, stakeholders, and customers.
