The Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional to anchor client relationships in India and beyond. The role sets the standard for how we show up with senior client stakeholders, ensuring delivery teams are always ahead, and building trust that converts into growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own relationships with senior marketing decision-makers across enterprise and fast-growth tech accounts and drive revenue growth
  • Guide internal teams to deliver strategies, campaigns, and content that meet business needs
  • Anticipate client requirements and bring proactive solutions
  • Balance commercial thinking with creative sensibility - keeping margins, timelines, and impact in check
  • Develop, coach, and grow the team into consultative partners

Requirements

  • 12+ years in client service (agency side, B2B is a big plus)
  • Strong ability to hold a room with senior CMOs and marketing leaders
  • Someone who can manage both detail and direction
  • Track record of running multi-market accounts
  • An instinct for commercial growth as much as delivery discipline
